"We paid an additional $50 for an upgraded suite. I had originally booked a king suite with balcony. I don’t feel that it was an upgrade on any level. It was quite dated with the exception of newer carpet?? We had recently stayed in a king suite in Toronto and it was an extremely beautiful suite. I would recommend the Toronto Hyatt over Vancouver. That being said, the staff were absolutely great. "
