"We had a great stay at the Sunscape. It’s a smaller resort but they have a full schedule of activities each day that keeps every day new and exciting. The highlight for our family was the kids club. The club staff, Alitzel, Janna, Daniela, Maria, Rubi, Danna and Alejandra were really amazing. They set up different crafts and games each morning and activities like dances and karaoke each night, all of which our daughter really loved. They made the trip really special for her and gave us a chance to relax for a bit each day with her being in a safe and fun environment. The waterpark was also a lot of fun for kids. We would highly recommend for any families."

"THE STAFF! I cried saying goodbye to our bartender who treated us like royalty all week. The guests were lively and friendly, the property modern and clean, the food decent to delicious. We are planning our next trip already! Wish I'd known this place existed before. It's truly an adult playground."

"The overall property is nice and the pool area. The rooms are subpar, air was not working when we arrived and they room smelled like sewage or a moldy wet smell. Depending on who serves you the drinks are watered down. For the food the buffet and steak house and Italian place were only good places. Room service food was disgusting."

"It was very clean hotel and the staff very helpful. The food at the buffet was better than the à la cart restaurants, breakfast and the seafood at the buffet was very tasty. "

"My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul was excellent! I stayed from 5/2/2026 to 5/6/2026. The food was good, the nightly entertainment was good too. The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. I would definitely recommend staying at Breathless Cancun Soul! "
