"El Hotel es muy bonito el personal es muy amable y atento. Todos desde la recepción, los bares, los restaurantes, el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones todos son muy amables y complacientes. Una linda experiencia frente a la hermosa playa de Holbox. Lindos atardeceres y amaneceres. Habitaciones, muy amplias y cómodas. "

"Stayed in the suit with a tub on the balcony and a hammock. It was really nice and had many extra features but then lacked some basic amenities. If did not have a mini fridge or cabinet to put your clothes in which i found odd for a luxury suit. It was quite espensive and thought u could find something that had a minifridge for the price. Breakfast was included tho and it was quite good. Also if you select pay at the hotel, you have to pay in cash?? Which i wish i had known before booking...

"We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean. "
