"Didnt drive took public transportation. Room was decent. Staff and doorman were great. The elevator was the biggest negative with one of the front ones being down, however the side elevators worked well. "

"The breakfast is going to the diner next door which has rude staff the rooms are very small with no space. Amenities where? I asked for a different room because it was not what I asked for nor what was advertised. I fit even get an apology. I will never stay here or recommend "

"I have stayed here several times for a simple, affordable place in midtown. I like the lobby seating areas for eating to go food, proximity to theaters, and friendly staff. Keep in mind in spring/fall that the A/C is only installed May-September, so on a weirdly hot day the room was toasty. Note that if you need a microwave, ice, or tea kettle, they are on the first floor in the bar (non-operating) area."

"Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, full, fresh breakfast spread, coffee and tea available all day, location is perfect, rooftop was closed and elevator can get full fast which was a bummer but other than that I would highly recommend and I plan on returning. "
