"The hotel is fine only thing that ruined our stay was that they only cleaned our room 1 time in the 4 days we were there and it was only done because I had to keep telling them. Everyday I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. That was such a hassle. Feels like there are currently a staff shortage. "

"We got put into the little annex building outside of the pyramid. While the room was fine, the walls seemed very thin and we could hear our neighbors doing all kinds of stuff. Also, the pool was closed and we had to go to another hotel to use the pool. "

"There are a couple of reasons I am rating good and not excellent. The AC needs to be updated for sure, it cannot compete with the Vegas heat. Also the outlets by the bedside were loose and couldn’t be used unfortunately. Other than that it’s a great place for the price. "
