This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer.

The hotel is unbeatable! The location is fantastic. Literally most attractions within a 10 minute walk Empire state building, Rockefeller Center, morgan library, times square, Broadway, 5th Avenue, Macy's... Metro stop 2 minutes walk. Check in in 5 minutes. Room comfortable for 4 people with suitcases. Spotlessly clean with daily cleaning and change of towels. Nothing can be heard from the adjacent rooms. 3 fast elevators, never waited more than 2 minutes. Even the low floor rooms have a view of the Empire state building.
