Although we were just passing through and only at the property for a few hours to sleep, the gentleman that checked us in was so friendly and helpful with things for us to do and see in the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Stayed at this great hotel on my way down to LA from Seattle. Loved this place and the staff so much, I decided to stay again on my return travels back home to Seattle. The rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were always so friendly and kind. I will definitely stay here again.

Such a great find in Ukiah. I stayed here one night on my way to LA from Seattle. Loved it so much, I stayed another night in my way back home. The staff was super friendly, rooms were updated, clean and beds comfy. Ukiah is a great little town. I would definitely come back to the Orchard Hotel.

Room was clean and well-organized, friendly staff, felt safe. The only two little things would be that the stairs leading to upper floor felt little unsafe wirh how slippery they were. Otherwise great value for the price.

We stayed overnight in Ukiah at this motel. The front desk person was very kind and helpful. Our room had an odor close to stagnant cigarette smoke and all purpose cleaner. They serve breakfast starting at 6:30 am and their options were great! We got to make our own mini waffles.

I don’t often write reviews: the good ones sound like family/friends and the bad ones like competitors. But Orchard really surprised me from its hot spa to its hot breakfast. And all at a really good price. And somehow even the BIG CalFire trucks drove off quietly in the middle of the night.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Hot tub and pool were a bonus. Rooms and furnishings were very well maintained so it’s obvious that the owners take pride in their hotel. I can’t think of any amenities that the higher end hotels offer that would beat this price point. Only obvious disappointment, which is petty, is breakfast area was small and with no scrambled eggs but otherwise a good breakfast spread.
