- Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Liked where is was easy to get to. I thought the breakfast choice was very limited bordering on poor

I realize this is a three star property but there are some things that could have been improved upon. The elevators were slow so we woule take the stairs often, thankfully we were on the 3rd floor. The rooms were spacious enough for us but were sorely outdated- carpet, walls, bathroom. The resort fee is deceiving. I am booking hotels based on the daily rate, not the total cost. If the hotel would like to charge more, they should be transparent and include it in the price. The worst part were the smells. We constantly smelled the restaurant food smells. And the cigarette smoke odor was horrible. We are non smokers and everytime we stepped into the bathroom, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Seems to have been coming through the ventilation network. Lying in bed, trying to get rest, we could smell cigarette smoke. With peopke smoking below on the street level we think it was coming in via the A/C unit.
