"Found a roach in our bathroom, had travelers diarrhea for 10 days had to be put on an antibiotic, the kid water area was basically enclosed nowhere near anything, the entire property needs to be updated it’s all dated and the food was mediocre at best. I truly do not understand how this place gets away with charging this much for rooms and gets positive reviews. Absolutely horrendous. "

"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

"I give this a 6/10 for our stay. We did all inclusive in Jamaica last year and hands down better with no tipping allowed. The food wasn't the greatest and drinks weren't consistent unless you went to same bar tender. In room dining and pool food menus were wonderful. The grill in the middle for lunch don't miss it. Might be a 10 for some and just wouldn't go back to this location. Willing to try Cancun again but definitely a different all inclusive. The biggest let down is the restaurant that cost money and all the up charge menu items. "
