Location is great. Got a free ugrade and got a room with a view of the TV tower. Breakfast was good lots of variety, room was comfy staff was friendly and helpful. Except for the concierge guy who recommended the worst Hop om hop off bus that was very expensive compared to others. Also was dissapointed ...

Art nouveau decor, luxurious feel, great welcome and service. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short but the staff were understanding and very helpful.

The hotel is located at a very good place where you can walk to Big Ben (20 mins). Many restaurants nearby and the staffs are very helpful. However, the rooms a little small. Thank you, team! ❤️

Great location and really welcoming. We had room service what was really enjoyable too. Will definitely be staying here and upgrading next time! Would love to see what the suite is like.
