I had a terrible bank holiday trip to Amsterdam. (Not all the hotels fault). However the hotel had given my room away after I’d messaged to say we were still coming a day later. They ignored the message. Luckily we were put in a long stay room for 2 nights but the drain smelt in the shower cubicle. No offer of a refund between room prices (I’d booked a Panorama Wellness Spa Room). Couldn’t be more disappointed. Staff weren’t helpful.
