Good value, good location (about 15 minutes steady walk from main station and Tivoli). Very comfy bed, and good shower room, which is all you really need. We tagged breakfast on at check-in but we didn’t really make use of the extensive buffet, especially after discovering there is a lovely bakery (‘Rug’) near the station!

I stayed here for four nights during September. The location was ideal for access to the Central Train Station, Tivoli Gardens, the Tivoli Food Hall as well as many other amenities. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Copenhagen. I look forward to staying here again.

Always a great value. I love the privacy of my own room and bathroom, but I love the hostel vibes. The new lounge is a great place to relax and it is much quieter than the reception area.

Very nice economy hotel. No A/C which I imagine could be an issue in the summer. We were there in September so the room temperature was comfortable. Street facing rooms are noisy if you need to open the window. Breakfast is typical for an economy hotel in Scandinavia, which means it's way better than US economy hotels.

We didn’t interact with any staff whatsoever because you don’t need to - they have automation for everything. The rooms are small but well equipped and laid out. It was ideal for our short family stay. Well priced vs many other hotels in Copenhagen and we’d recommend it for anyone who doesn’t mind a small room to save a bunch of money

Cheap, has shower, kitchen facilities, somewhere to hang clothes, comfy beds, near a station! We rode bikes everywhere so not necessary to be in city and a large food court and IKEA was 800m away for cheap dinner choices. What more could you ask for? Air con did not work but we had a window that opened at least!

I stayed in a Captain room. It was big! Super clean, with what I'd expect from a budget hotel. No fridge. The bathroom was fairly small but not too bad. The door was very annoying - every time another door on my floor moved, my door also moved and made noise. I wedged my suitcase against it and that helped. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was ok. The bed was very comfy - though the pillows are very soft.

The hotel is well located, specially since a lot of buses stop right up front. The room was a little bit smaller than what the pictures showed but still very clean and neat. Super useful the baggage storage and the self chek in machines. :)

The room was compact but had everything you needed and was in a central location in Copenhagen. Shower gel was provided in the walk in shower. Towels were changed and room cleaned everyday on request at reception. Any requests given to reception were done and they were very friendly. To check in you can take a ticket and go to reception or do self check in. This was the same at check out. We bought breakfast with our booking and this was all you can eat buffet. They had a good continental choice and they had scrambled eggs, chicken balls and hash browns. At the buffet it is spacious with plenty of tables. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

Stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Copenhagen. About a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Check in was simple via the automatic system. Lifts were easy to access and clean. The room was a twin which was compact but ok for our purpose. The room was clean and tidy. The en suite was also compact but again clean and tidy. This is a great place to use as a base. No noise, guest or staff issues. Everything was perfectly adequate. The photos on the websites are true to form and give the dimensions of the room also so you know what you’re getting when you book. Main reception was clean and open, staff were approachable and helpful. All in all a very successful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
