Great location, nice lobby and restaurants Super helpful concierge staff 10 out of 10 - thanks you guys If you book atrium view room, be aware that privacy could be an issue. walking distance to water Loo station We didn't enjoy the room's lighting, very bright or too dark for us
The place is very close the airport, easy commute, if you're from US and lived in places like NY, traveling to central london is not an issue. The room i had was cozy and very tidy. It really felt like a second home. Till next time! Thank you
Nice and clean, very close to airport, was able to walk to check in then get back for breakfast before going to the gate. Breakfast was good for the price.
Superior room has a wonderful big bed but the room is too tiny for such a big bed and for 2 people to be in it.
The rooms are extremely small. My room was in the basement. No windows in the room. The staff was very friendly
