"Great location with lovely friendly ! only negatives where our room was located on 13th floor near staff lifts and was quite noisy from 6am every morning also we thought breakfast wasn’t quite up to scratch with not many choices which were empty on numerous occasions "

"Very clean for a shared amenities hotel! Staff are absolutely wonderful - doing all they can to make ur stay the best it can be! Have an AMAZING selection of things included for free use during ur stay - such as gym, a 24/7 cinema, spa etc Placed in a good/convenient spot in the CBD, everything is walking distance! Definitely such a good price per night too! Will be coming back on the next trip to melbourne:)"

"Our second stay in a week, this time in a twin room (which looked a little worn compared to the king room). Still a good stay, comfortable beds, good spread at buffet breakfast, easy secure parking (extra cost), great location, rooms were quiet and had adjustable heating and cooling. Cleanliness could be improved a little - some mould on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, great value hotel, would stay again 🙂"

"Nice stay, the staff was incredible. However, for a Four Seasons property it was ok. It needs upgrading, and our room was small. But the service and location was top notch. The sauna, steam room, pool area and rooms need upgradating."
