We had the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a bit small but other than that everything else was GREAT. The GYM is AMAZING as they work with an outside gym. Breakfast was GREAT - Highly recommend to get breakfast with the room if pricing is reasonable for you

Great Base for Local Adventures

Hidden Lake Hotel in Cambridge was a perfect spot for exploring nearby attractions like Hobbiton, the Rotorua thermal spas, and the Waitomo Caves. The staff made us feel really special on our honeymoon, and the hotel had a calm, comfortable vibe that was ideal after busy days out exploring.

Beautiful location with nice walks around a smallish lake. Very close to a range of restaurants or you can walk 15 mins into Cambridge town centre for more shops and restaurants. Lovely clean room with a plush breakfast selection. The gym is in an adjacent building but with a great selection of machines.
