"Everything was nice! Just the elevators take way too long to go down so think about that on your schedules!!! But everyone and everything was really good!!!"

"There was only one elevator working for our floors. Huge lines and long waits. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. We were on the 26th floor. I had my handicap parents with us so we had a van. The parking was 110$ every time you got your car out and brought back. It was horrible and this is not told to you on the website."
