The location is very very good. Unfortunately, we could not keep foods at our room because there was no fledge inside the room. It seems not to equip fledges in all rooms. Staff were kind and help us a lot.

the staff was very kind and helpful, however the furniture in the lobby and our room was shabby, worn, and cheap. the laminate on desk and dresser was chipped and dirty. the hot water did not work and the toilet ran all night, though we worked on it several times. the room was stuffy so we ran the noisy airconditionaer all night even though it was a chilly fall evening.

After staying for many, many evenings, and after having been so very gracious with the staff, I was quite taken with how heartless the management was with respect to not allowing me to pick up my belongings later that evening or a few hours thereafter in the early morning while I awaited for the readiness of my next hotel stay -- all thanks to their two-week maximum stay. They were quite rude and hardly grateful to me for my having been both a faithful and caring customer. I am still quite taken by their action (or lack thereof).

The property was in a great spot to get on the the subway and a couple of blocks from central park. But the conditions of the building and room were really outdated and bad. Doesn't look like the pictures.
