"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Close to everything. Great staff, great room, great proximity. Train next door did not bother us at all. Blended in with the sounds of NYC! Would stay here again. Our room was late by about 30 minutes with being ready, but we are flexible and know things happen. Worth the wait for the cleanliness that was provided."

"It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming."

"This listing has potential but was quite filthy. I have no idea how the other reviews are so different. We had to sweep there was so much hair and dirt on the floor in all rooms. The bathmat was very dirty. ALL of the bath towels were very damp as if taken out of the dryer too soon. The listing says 4 can sleep here, there should be linens and bedding which there was not. I had to use a couch pillow and a throw blanket. Also advertised were space heaters, there were none. No extra pillows, sheets, towels. I would have washed the dishes before leaving, but no dish soap. Some silverware still had food on it. There was a single serve coffeemaker and only tiny little espresso cups. No regular coffee mugs- so I had to use all the tiny cups for one cup of coffee. No napkins or tissue boxes, no salt pepper or sugar, no microwave though a fully equipped kitchen is advertised.None of the lamps work properly- missing bulbs in floor lamps. Directions were to lock windows upon departure but some window locks were broken and couldn’t lock. The pluses were good water and hot shower. We didn’t find it particularly convenient to the mta. It was fairly easy to get in though the apt door lock is tricky- all things to look past if the property was clean, but we agree with another review - didn’t even like walking across the floor it was SO dirty. NOT clean."

"No security. Woke up nightly to people in the hallways screaming at each other. Walls are thin. No heat in our room. Do not stay here! "

"Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Had a little bar area and the bartender made a wonderful manhattan cocktail. Added breakfast for 2 when booking, which was not really a full breakfast so that was misleading. They gave us $20 credit which paid for 2 breakfast sandwiches that were very good but did not cover drinks so we paid extra for coffee and OJ. Valet parking is $55 but there is also $10 of state taxes on parking so $65 per night for parking. If you have mobility issues it might be challenging as they had several somewhat steep stairs to get to the entrance of the hotel and I didn’t see an elevator but I could have missed it? Had connect 4 game and pool table in the lobby area, and vibrant art displayed. Room and bed was comfortable. They held luggage for us when he checked out. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!"
