"Street parking can be difficult in the area. Hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. There is an underground garage nearby that charges roughly $25. The hotel is relatively new and has a large breakfast dining area. The lobby has a market and free coffee/tea/hot water."

"Terrible experience. Floor smelled like weed. Bug in my shower. Yelling and fighting at 2am in the hall way for over an hour. Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL "

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."

" Staff is great. Cleanliness great. Bars great. Ambiance great. Views amazing. The only negative were the room's fearures wasn't working. My initial room had sheer drapes that didn't open. 2nd room has lights that didn't work. 3rd room was good until a few hours in. The sheer drapes didn't close. But I understand things malfunction. The hotel was very accommodating. I will visit again. "

"Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to give us some food recommendations. There is a great Peruvian spot right across the street from the hotel that the staff recommended. I’d stay here again"

"Room was small but we only needed a bed and a shower for one night. Lots of street noise but it is NYC and some is expected. I think the window was not fully closed and we shut off the noisy fan which would have blocked some street noise. The single panel on the shower resulted in a wet floor. Only 2 sets of towels provided and they were small. We ended up using them to wipe up the floor when we were done. TV was damaged; I reported it to the Front Desk after check out. Parking was difficult to find but fortunately we only ended up about a block away. It was really all we needed for the night - a comfortable bed close to our destination."

"Breakfast was what you expect nothing amazing but average. Washrooms on main floor needed attention. Very noisy with hearing doors opening all hours and street noise. "
