Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Second time staying here. Great hotel with friendly staff and clean environment. Would definitely recommend for family’s with children. Great location within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park and the metro. "
"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and we were fortunate to stay in a renovated room number 1931. Our room was a suite with a living room with two soak queen, sofa, beds, kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, one with a shower. The other is just toilet and sink as well as a completely separate king-size bedroom, the room suite was huge for New York standards huge by any standards and was very comfortable. Everything was new inside of it and it was perfect for our group of six. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a nice sink however it doesn’t have any dishes or amenities to go with that. The check-in process was a bit slow. The lobby is really small but again it seems that it is going through renovations. The gym is open 24 hours, but not really well equipped some of the floors that we noticed as we went up the elevator are still old and based on some reviews that I’ve read I think the older floor is the experience wouldn’t be quite the same, but for us with this location, the size of our room it was absolutely just a perfect place for us to stay for three nights in July. I would definitely stay again."
"Loved the hotel. Really interesting to look at the music memorabilia all around the hotel. Rooms and all public areas were lovely, comfortable, well- equipped and immaculate. Enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar. Housekeeping was excellent - the room looked like new each day. Staff so polite and friendly. "
"I've stayed here before. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I appreciate the coupons they give to use toward breakfast at the French bakery next door. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to everything. I will probably stay here every time I am in Manhattan."
