"Clean and spacious rooms with a cozy feel and a pleasant scent. The location is perfect, right in the center (it takes 15 min by foot to get to Times Square). Every day you get $15 to spend at the lobby market on water, snacks, sandwiches and more. The only thing I missed were slippers and a bathrobe. The room also has an iron, a safe, shampoo, and shower gel."

"The room was clean. The hotel was quiet! Outside was noisy here and there...but it's NYC, so can't complain. Staff was very nice and helpful! Great location for walking to places around Times Square!"

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
