"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly during check-in. They advised me to use a different elevator due to the amount of baggage I had and it worked for the most part ( there was a bit of a wait at times for elevators ). The room was small and sparse, but it did have a closet with a sufficient number of hangers to hang clothes. I wish there was a luggage rack, so my suitcase could be off the ground. The location is very close to the subway ( Line 1) and many eateries are close to the hotel. The bakery place next door to redeem breakfast vouchers was just ok and a bit overpriced."
