There were ants in the room, a stained towel, the paint was peeling off, ceiling had water damage stains and cracks, room got very musty after one hour of the window closed (we were on the basement floor). Got to check in early for £15, so that’s nice.

Excellent room - clean, very comfortable bed and gorgeous views of London. Good breakfast - well organised, even though busy. Really well located hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Gym was decent.

The room, although a tad small, was very clean and had everything I needed including working air conditioning. Towels and toiletries were provided. Shower was hot but the water pressure could have been a bit higher. Overall, a very pleasant stay and was great value for money considering its' location.
