Our family stayed here for our family reunion, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received. Although I can't remember the names of the young lady who checked us in or the gentleman who worked the front desk earlier in the day, they both were exceptional. Every question we had and every request we made was met with kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help. We enjoyed the bar, and the location was great!

The hotel is in a great location. Very accessible and walkable. Staff was nice...had an issue with my room and they placed me in another one with no problem. Pool is a little outdated though, and I was disappointed that the rooftop/pool bar wasn't open when I was there. I would've spent more time at the pool. Other than that, I really like this hotel. It was comfortable, convenient and I will most definitely stay there again.

Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful providing recommendations for food and activities. We loved the Breakfast Buffet each morning. Location was near everything we wanted to do. What I didn't like was housekeeping - they are stingy with the towels and wash rags; never provided hand soap and face towels, even when asked so bring your own. The rooftop bar was closed and looked like it hasn't been functioning for awhile.

Great stay 8/10 but bedroom floor needed better cleaning and hot water problems, maintenance came fast fixed the problem but it happened again the next morning. Iron was broken, asked for another one and never got it so we borrowed from another person next door. Pool area is nice with plenty of seating.
