"Breakfast was freshly cooked, fruit fresh. Not many shops nearby. Only one thing to say is 1st breakfast we were offered to decide how we wanted our eggs but the next 2 mornings not. Not sure if it depends on whos on duty."

"We paid 27 pounds for a cab from the airport to the hotel. Later found that Hatton cross station is a 5 min walk away on a sidewalk and brings you to the airport or from for free with a tap credit/debit card (use going in and leaving). Took metro to Piccadilly for a bus tour. The dining experience was good. As I’m lactose intolerant the waiter double checked ingredients and was super nice about it. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Nice staff. Some groceries available across the metro station . Bar a little noisy for us but husband has a hearing aid. Would go again."

"Our room was pretty clean. Small but clean. The size didn’t really matter to us because we were out exploring most of the days. The meal deal for dinner and breakfast is a pretty good deal with lots of options at their breakfast. However, our second to last night at the hotel we ended up with a clogged toilet. I tried to call reception and nobody answered. I went to the desk and was given an email address and phone number for customer relations. I emailed them and the automatic response that I would get a reply within five business days. I tried to call reception again and nobody answered. I received an email response back the day after we got home. This email did not even offer a solution and told me that I did not send enough information to pass their security check. By that point, it was obviously too late, so I did not reply with the requested information which included my billing ZIP Code, my room number, which I had given them in the original email, my email address, which was the one I used to message them to begin with, the property address, which I had told them in the original email which hotel it was. So it looked to me like I got a copy and paste response with no solution."

"The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated having both a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle provided in the room. The breakfast, which is extra, is delicious. The hotel's location, within easy walking distance of Richmond Green, Kew Gardens, and the Tube, was excellent. Those with heavy luggage should be prepared that some rooms are a half-flight of stairs above the elevator."
