"Room was spotless, staff were great…however would of been nice to have bottled water in the room at least and unfortunately food was pretty shocking for the price point of a margherita pizza ( which did not resemble a margeherita pizza at any point!!!) and a bottle of wine I could of flown to Italy."

"Very good hotel and location to Heathrow. Room was of a very high standard. Two restaurants to choose from in the evening and an excellent breakfast with many options. If they call you a taxi be careful. Taxi that came for me did not take me the most direct route to Terminal 4 and cost me likely double what it should have been!"

"I try to stay at Premier Inn when traveling, especially for the kind and helpful staff and spacious, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Only complaint isn’t their fault—-it is the clueless parents who allow their kids to run Wild and loud, racing in the halls. But that is everywhere, sadly. Another very nice stay."
