"The room smelt intensely of cigarettes, the room was clean but the maintenance was lacking: pieces of stuck on vinyl skirting missing. We did not interact with any staff nor used any of the food services. The room was fine for the budget price."

"Overall this property is just in an acceptable rating, considering the price factor. Location is acceptable. There is a close by bus stop to Heathrow Central Bus Station. From Heathrow Central Bus Station can take the Underground to go to downtown, major attractions, or walk to the airport terminals. Going to downtown, like Victoria Station, is time consuming and expensive. Next time I would rather book a hotel closer to downtown or to the Underground. The Room is very basic: Clean. No sofa, no luggage rack, no phone, no hairdryer. There is an electric kettle and cups, but no tea bags or instant coffee packets. The breakfast: Cafe is clean. Food quality is just so so. If have time, I would prefer to eat out. There is Pizza and McDonald's within walking distance. The Service is acceptable. Staffs are polite and most time helpful. Not too helpful on giving advices on how to take the public transit to the major attractions of the city."
