It’s a lovely place to stay while you’re in London! Victorian building which is renovated and maintained well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful! I have been to London many times before but this time I am enjoying it the most!

Such a lovely hotel. Everything was great! We arrived after midnight and the agent was there, smiling and ready to receive us. In the morning at 7am, same thing! Great amenities and not far from Heathrow. We would book again easily.

Great location located a short walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Room was small but cozy, suitable for single traveller. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept very clean. No elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs.

Very convenient for Heathrow Airport, there is a direct tube there. The room is reasonably clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom is also clean. The room is a bit small but it's ok for an overnight stop.
