"Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry. "

The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. "Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"
