"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "This property is great. About 10-12min walking to Buckingham palace, 15min to Big Ben. Great location with food around. Train station around the corner and a lot of cabs. Highly recommend the breakfast option during your stay because it is a game changer. Buffet style breakfast restaurant access from 7-10:30 during your stay which made it convenient not having to look for food in the morning to get your day started. "
