Exquisite property but as we only stayed one night, didn’t use the amenities, apart from having dinner Louiza, which was great. The location is to die for.

We loved this accommodation. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Spacious modern rooms. Well appointed with everything we needed. Close to Samson Mall for shuttle bus service to and from both lake Louise and morraine lake. Great whirlpool to soak your muscles after a long day hiking. Breakfast well priced and great options available. A highlight for us.

Great cabin in natural setting. Perfect for outdoor lovers. Nice river with fire pits and gym and laundry facilities. Staff are nice. Close to Lake Louise and about 30 minutes from Banff. No TV. No kettle which Australians like to use. Bring your own supplies like bowls and cutlery. Very unique and different. Train noise at night.

We had a really great 3 nt stay at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows. The staff were really helpful and professional. We were able to park before check in (on a limited, first come basis) so we could walk the 15 mins, up to Lake Louise and spend more time there. The 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette was very comfortable - the beds are very good and the daily servicing was a treat. We didn't have to use our car at all - we walked every day to Lake Louise to either hike there or catch the prebooked...

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Small touches of decor made room feel like home. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Plenty of complimentary parking although we did visit off peak. Close to everything you need in Banff. Only downside was there was no laundry facilities in the hotel

Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!

Great location. Walking distance to shops. No laundromat but everything else was great.

Great newer property! Double room config ideal for families with two children. Although there's no door for privacy for the parents in the larger bedroom which has the queen bed. Breakfast is very good. Has a ski room. Great cafe downstairs.

Loved our stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean, spacious room. Only let down was no air conditioning. Fans were ok.

Great location only a short bus ride into town. Free pass for the bus provided for our stay. Rooms clean and well laid out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay for three days

Great night away. The staff were friendly and willing to help with everything. The gondola was a cool experience too - Pity it was raining otherwise we would’ve gone up the chairlift! Plenty of food options up there, the pub was really good. Loved our stay, will hopefully be back!

Great location

The room we had was very large and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or spa but they both looked good. The hotel was clean and it’s a short walk to the centre of town, where all the restaurants and shops are located.

Cute room, clean, comfortable! The staff were lovely, and welcoming. Lots of amenities. Loved our stay! :)
