"We had a great first time stay in Banff! Upon arriving, we were quickly greeted. Although we were a bit early, we could check in & park, as well as received bus tickets for our group for the length of our stay; to travel along the area. Beds were comfy, and clean. Thank you!"

"The property has lots of history and many free tours. We went on a half hour history tour of the hotel and learned more about some subtle points of its history. The price of the hotel is definitely on the pricier side. We hope they could give free parking or breakfast for guests."
