Breathtaking views from the rooms, the restaurants, and the Basin spa was such a relaxing experience. Hikes from every direction with amazing views. Food was top class and had the best steak in the Fairview. The service couldn’t be any better with attendees at every step of your stay. A fine upstanding icon and our stay was beyond wonderful.

The staff were over the top kind, competent, helpful and engaging. The view from our room was enchanting and the entire visit was relaxing but yet invigorating. My only regret is that we didn't stay nearly long enough to totally absorb the fullness of the hotel adventures. We definitely desire a repeat visit maybe during winter or spring.

Excellent hotel and staff. Much preferred staying at this location compared to Fairmont Banff Springs (which is grossly overrated). Service was more personable, catered and staff seemed to genuinely care about the guest experience.

The property is ideal for a Lake Louise visit. The location offers easy access to the lake at all hours including transportation to Moraine Lake that you can easily sign up for. There is parking and dining on site that must be used as there are few close options. The rooms are spacious and well maintained most with views of the lake. If you can afford the high price tag, I would highly recommend staying at this property as access to outside parking is limited by the deluge of daily visitors to Lake Louise in summer.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The setting is absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the restaurant food is outstanding. We took our Granddaughter who enjoyed the kids club and the pool. Would love to return again one day.
