The room we had was very large and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or spa but they both looked good. The hotel was clean and it’s a short walk to the centre of town, where all the restaurants and shops are located.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Small touches of decor made room feel like home. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Plenty of complimentary parking although we did visit off peak. Close to everything you need in Banff. Only downside was there was no laundry facilities in the hotel

Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!

Great newer property! Double room config ideal for families with two children. Although there's no door for privacy for the parents in the larger bedroom which has the queen bed. Breakfast is very good. Has a ski room. Great cafe downstairs.

Great place to stay close to Banf Town centre. Good breakfast and amazing outdoor hot tubs

Great location

Great location only a short bus ride into town. Free pass for the bus provided for our stay. Rooms clean and well laid out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean room < but check in a bit unusual having to go to another building

Loved our stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean, spacious room. Only let down was no air conditioning. Fans were ok.

Cute room, clean, comfortable! The staff were lovely, and welcoming. Lots of amenities. Loved our stay! :)

Great stay

Most of the staff were excellent

We had a lovely stay at. Went up the gondola and visited the bow river falls. We had a few drinks in town and found some yummy Vietnamese food. After our stay we traveled up towards Jasper visiting a few beautiful waterfalls and Peyto lake on the way. Beautiful area

Great self contained unit only short walk to down town Banff or catch the Number 2 bus

Great location. Walking distance to shops. No laundromat but everything else was great.

Great place to sat but toilet kept clogging up . All else is great
