Banff Park Lodge

"Very large double rooms; comfy bed and well-supplied and very clean bathroom. We wanted to, but due to lack of time, couldn’t use the hot pool. The personnel were all very welcoming and professional. Both the check in and check out were extremely smooth. Special mention to the kind gentleman at the door who helped us with the bags and local transportation and the concierge desk. There’s construction going on at the property, but with least inconvenience to the guests. Thank you."

"Resort was farther out from downtown than expected, but the bus system was awesome. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to issues. We found out late in the evening that our bathroom light wasn't working. And they were on it within ten minutes."

"Fireplaces in the room. But unfortunately outside fire pits were not on but many businesses down the road had theirs on. The free shuttle/bus comes right outside the hotel. Yeaaaa"
