"We stayed for two nights and stayed in a two-bedroom suite. We loved the hot tub and used it both days. The kitchen was great and we cooked on the second night. Laundry was also very handy after more than a week away! Staff were friendly. Loved Canmore! We loved walking around the town. Would definitely stay again. "

"I like this place a lot and had a great experience there! The location is easy to find once you get off the highway. The hotel offers free coffee/tea/hot water 24/7 at the front counter which is lovely and convenient. The staff are nice and friendly, and willing to offer help. You may also order the next day morning breakfast, $5 each and it contains one bottle of juice, one cup of yogurt, two breads, and an apple/or orange. The bed is soft and comfortable. Lots of places to park your car. Also the hotel is very close to Esso and Shell. There are many supermarkets and restaurants in Canmore. Though you might hear the talking voice from the room next to you but it's not a big deal for me. Recommend:) "

"Staff was great, restaurant was awesome. Parking was a little confusing but we figured it out. Our room got upgraded cause the one that was booked wasn't completed from construction. Booked the hotel for the pool for the kids and got there was told its closed, wish it was mentioned online or with the confirmation email. Price reduction would have been nice but the upgrade of the room was appreciated. "

"Really enjoyed this hotel, but with it being a convention centre, the lobby was filled with incredibly loud people from the convention. The hotel would benefit from security staff to move convention people from blocking the entrance to the hotel and the elevator. "
