"This inn seems newly renovated- everything is in perfect condition, it is not only a beautiful place, it has wonderful service- every time we needed something we got it immediately with a smile. We were a family of 5 mostly adults, stayed in a bigger double queen room with an additional very comfy cot- more like a bed. Food and gas next door. Lots to do in Canmore and 20 minute drive to Banff."

"Good hotel, clean, food was great. Large group stayed one night as it was close to Golf ourselves and rates were reasonable. Would return no problem. Not much to do around the hotel itself as just off the highway…tons to do if going into Kananaskis or Canmore. "

"We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP and very welcomed every time. The view is definitely one that can't be beat either!"
