"Very simple, clean and quiet hotel with great location."

"We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!"

" Property is beautiful. Well maintained, and great staff. Please don’t skip on tipping staff just because a portion is included in your package. They work so hard….including housekeeping! Resort desperately needs to add additional restrooms! 1 somewhat convenient restroom for the entire beach area and pool is terrible. No wonder people choose to relieve themselves wherever it is convenient. Gross!"

"Great property for family vacation!! Super friendly, clean and delicious food. We were relaxed and pampered all week. Only suggestion for improvement is to serve ground coffee and not instant! "

"Property staff is extremely kind and helpful. Excellent service. The entertainment / shows was entertaining, fun and put together well. The buffet was average and not very impressive at all. We did not do the restaurants do to timing. Grounds is well kept and clean. Location is good easy to walk to shops. Not on the beach you do have to walk across the street to the beach behind the other hotel. Pools are nice and fun activities by staff. Our room had many issues lights out, outlet didn't work,...
