"The food at the restaurants were good ! great pools and amenities , perfect location to walk avenue for shopping, bars, restaraunts etc. great drinks and staff . It’s an easy decision stay tbh ! very pretty property"

"Pros: Clean property Helpfull and friendly staff Cons -Room was outdated, damp, mouldy and had rust all over -A/c cannot be adjusted to your comfort settings. 22 degrees centigrate is the lowest you can go, making the room extremely hot - platinum status is a hoax . Save urself some money and just get deluxe -if you have a problem , concierge wont care - half the restaurants are closed."

"First room was clutter & internet not working couldn’t go to balcony. They change me room per my request it was worse. Tv, internet, safe not working until after 3 days maintenance show up. Finally was able to connect my laptop & work. One of their guest always angry in the rooftop by the pool. CAMARAS not working. They should cause also couple fighting until 3:30 am couldn’t sleep. The guy hit the woman & she was crying I told them they should have security cause I couldn’t help the woman. "

"Rooms were great although the WiFi stopped working and the tv for our baby. We were given another room three hours later with no a/c circulation which was ridiculous hot."
