"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "

"A l’arrivée il n’y avait pas de code pour la clé pour ouvrir la porte ,donc nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour le connaître. La personne au lobby était une garde de sécurité. Elle n’avait pas l’autorité nécessaire pour nous donner le code. Il a fallu utiliser le téléphone cellulaire de la garde de sécurité pour communiquer avec le personnel de Casago.
