The resort was so clean, the beach was amazing even during sargassum season, the ocean, calmer than the other side of Cancun, the staff was awesome, and food and drink options were amazing! Activities available and kids club were awesome! Definitely a hidden gem we will be sure to be back.

There was no activities going on at pool the entire week, very boring for kids. Pool water was to warm to enjoy

Had a wonderful time. Thanks to the guys in the front desk for allowing me an early check in and late check out ( thanks Edgar ) the pool environment was super cool and I love the fact that from noise can be hear from the room. Will be back !

Amazing resort , great size. We just got the standard rooms, such a great size! The food was delicious, love all the variety of food and cocktails. Very pleased. Highly recommend! My husband is celiac , he had a good variety of food options! Would like more food options at the pool bar and the other outdoor restaurants, they didn’t have any GF options , which was very disappointing. Would have been nice to have other alcoholic beverage options in our mini bar fridge , only beer and pop. My husband can’t have beer. We called front desk but no one got back to us. Spa facility was beautiful, we had a great couples massage. Each for 60 min, wish we did 90 instead! One of the nicest spas I’ve been to at an all inclusive. The staff are great! Would like to give a shout out to a few people that made our trip very memorable : Moises( not sure if spelling is correct) at the pool bar , he kept the drinking flowing all day at the pool! He made the drinks himself and delivered them, non stop! Very impressed! Memo bell boy was great, he welcomed us and brought our luggage’s to the room. He gave a a tour of the hotel and a quick run down of the shows. He had such great energy! Edgar and Adrian at the main floor lobby bar were, ask for the Adrian gin cocktail , it’s dangerously delicious.
