Hotel was far from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned well. Hair on the carpet, dust on top of everything. Hallways dirty and dusty.
Hot tub water was filled halfway.
Very rundown hotel.

Love this hotel..... newly renovated, great location, beautiful rooms, staff is exceptional. Love the bar and restaurant....a little tight and the martinis could be bigger but a class act! Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing w the exception off one surly waiter in the dining area/bar area We were there from 8:15- 10 ish last night. He acted like we were putting him out and the service was so slow. He got mad when I asked him if we could order off the bar menu after 9. I was shocked since all other staff was so good.
