Everything from the moment we checked in the valet was very friendly, the front desk. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the concierge was amazing. We didn’t have to wait for anything. From our hotel room, we had beautiful views the parliament building. The swimming pool was so relaxing after a swim we sat in a white robe and read a book. On our last day we had to be behind the scenes tour.

The Room was clean and in good shape, and the overall Fairmont experience did not disappoint. It is always a nice place to stay if you're looking to be right downtown. All of the staff were fantastic, the check-in process was easy. The lobby was a little busy, but that is to be expected. Some areas are showing their age a little bit, but it adds to the character.
