All staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all polite and professional.
Text messaging to and from the hotel staff was prompt and addressed my texts.
We did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

Booked a room at the Bathgate motel during Xmas time. The town of Egmont was super quiet (we barely saw people outside). The room has a beautiful ocean marina and ocean view. It also has a balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or a meal.
