"On August 22,2026 I realized that I left my jacket in our room so I came back a couple hours later and asked if they could go to the room and get it for me. We were in room number 606 and the guy at the front desk told me that I had to wait an hour before they could go check to see if it was there, we had to go to the ferry so I couldn’t wait. I told him that I was just gonna have to leave without it. He didn’t seem to even care about it at all. So I was not impressed with the way he dealt with this situation."

"The Lodge was exactly what we needed for our stay in Whistler. It was an easy location to find and accessible to just about anything you would need in the concourse area. The room itself was great, spacious, and had some amenities that can in quite handy (laundry, coffee, dishwasher). The only knock against it is that the common area is not much to see, and the elevators felt a bit dingy, but that didn't really affect our stay at all. Perfect if your are trying to plan an affordable trip to Whistler!"
