It was in a good location. Safe environment. Staff were friendly. Room clean, nice bathroom. Heated pool was a nice amenity. Ample elevators. Wi-fi free.
Room was a bit cramped, safe didn’t work and hotel food prices were too high.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we could ever want. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner. Such a perfect evening

Great stay at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable waterfront location close to restaurants and shops. Onsite underground parking is available for a fee, though it can get busy in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.
