"There were no lotion in the washroom. 2nd day after room service came, did not leave the makeup remover wipes. Requested top level room but was giving me main floor room. Then had to request again then gave me 5th floor room. Parking is rare to find. Overall not a good experience. Will not stay next time. Not a 4 startl quality for sure. "

"If you like older style hotels, this would be ideal for you. We like the style and layout. Staff were friendly but forgot to give us the resort robes and wifi info. Not a huge deal but had to check back twice for the resort robes. Understaffed at check in but line up moved quickly. We stayed in the main hotel. Room has what you would need for a short 2-night stay. It was hot with little to no air flow, so we kept the fan on the whole night. Mostly clean except for hair in the tub and wall. The pools were fine, could’ve been a bit more warm, and needs a bit of a clean as band aids and hair were floating around. The hot tub was nice. Changing rooms are really small with only one stall and shower, but guests mostly went back to their rooms after. The entrance way is open and welcoming. We would stay again but ensure we have our amenities when we checked in. Luckily we brought our own towns and used them at the start before I was able to get resort towels from staff. "
