"Very quiet in room"

"Very close to the gondola. It’s even closer than Hilton where I’ve stayed in the past because Hilton is a larger property with longer hallways so u actually end up walking longer distance to the gondola. Location of Crystal Lodge is perfect. It offers ski valet, hot chocolate and ciders at the end of the day. The room is very clean and good size for families. Staff is very friendly. It’s my new favorite place to stay for ski trips. "

"Best location in the Village for skiers. Top notch facilities. My only complaint is that the Dubh Linn Gate restaurante on the property is no longer open early for breakfast as it used to be. Instead, you need to order breakfast from the restaurant as room service the night before from a different, very limited menu. That was quite a disappointing change from past years for the ones of us who like to have a good breakfast early, before hitting the slopes. There is no reason for the hotel restaurant not to be open early, when other similar hotels in the village do have that amenity."

"Location is excellent, right next door to Hilton. Basic rooms but service is great and room is clean. King room is roomy and shower was strong and water hot. The hot tub and sauna aren’t worth it. Yes I’d stay again because the price. "

"Staff are nice and helpful. Ski shuttles are very convenient. Ski storage is right by the Blackcomb gondola."
