"Great location and very convenient access to everything. The hotel is definitely a bit outdated, but it was very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that it’s dog-friendly, and there’s a nice area nearby for walking your dog. Overall, a comfortable and easy stay!"

"Bring earplugs! Can be very loud at night. Very convenient for access to the gondola- only a few minutes walk. However, the hotel itself is quite run down. Our room was clean and spacious, although there was a cleaning rag left on the floor and the drawers of the dresser were all left open. "

"A little dated, but comfortable. For rooms on the village side - you should offer earplugs. An option for down pillows would be nice too. Staff were all professional and pleasant!"

"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."
