"The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they helped explain the shuttle to Canada Place every hour and to book ahead. The breakfast was minimal but decent. The hotel is under renovations so a lot of amenities aren’t available. There isn’t an airport shuttle just the hourly shuttle to Canada Place. The room itself was ok, clean enough to be ok to put everything down but nothing to brag about. The view from the 4th floor balcony facing north was Beautiful with a view of the mountains and the Iron Workers memorial bridge. The building itself is definitely in need of some renovations and I’m sure it’ll only go up!"

"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown Vancouver as well as public transportation hubs. The beds were comfy and rooms cleaned regularly. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I would definitely stay here again. "
