One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. Food was amazing, room stayed clean, various excursions to go on, people were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! The only challenge was the resort was so large that it took us 15-20 minutes to get anywhere and the restaurants are not labeled, but staff helped us get places. We also couldn’t swim at the beach due to ALOT of seaweed.

Amazing!! We definitely will be there again

My family and I returned from our trip from Royal Haciendas today! And we wished we could return, we tried to extend our five day trip to seven but it did not work out. We had conjoined rooms, our older children (16 & 13) shared a double bedroom while my husband and I slept in the king size bedroom. Our youngest (8) slept on our side in a Murphy bed in the living room. The room came equipped with a kitchen. Both rooms had walk out balconies, our side had a jacuzzi! My husband and I sat out on the balcony every morning and night just to admire the beauty of the resort. We stayed by the pool/beach the first two days and ordered plenty of drinks and pizza /burgers/onion rings. Third day was spent near the game room (lap pool), while the kids played games my husband and I enjoyed that pool. Fourth day we did an excursion Island Mujeres. Our last night was the best we booked through the hotel a trip to Mayan ruins at Tulum, caverns (super cold water but worth it), and then lagoon (snorkeling). The staff were exceptional and extremely friendly! I would book again! Beware of seaweed during this time made beach unejoyable. And only two restaurants (steak/seafood & Asian) the food was absolutely delicious! The other food locations the food was okay. Maybe a true Mexican restaurant could be added or Mediterranean food.
